From 7th to 11th January 2025, I participated in the Industry Engagement Program hosted by Vita Nova Educators. The program commenced with a panel discussion, which was a wonderful way to set the tone. The sessions led by industry experts were truly inspiring, as they shared a wealth of personal stories and insights while effectively showcasing their business functions.

Throughout the five-day program, we took part in two field visits: one to DRiV Tenneco’s Kitting Plant in Palwal, where we interacted with employees and learned about their manufacturing processes; and another to Banjara Market in Gurgaon, where we engaged with local vendors and gained insights into their operations. These experiences allowed me to explore the business realm in a practical setting, offering exposure from global to local contexts.

I thoroughly enjoyed the program, as it provided a valuable opportunity to learn from the perspectives of experts across diverse backgrounds and areas of business.
